Pengaruh Suplementasi Monensin dalam Total Digestible Nutrient (TDN) Ransum yang Diturunkan pada Produksi dan Komposisi Susu Sapi FH Laktasi
Abstract
The aims of the present study was to determine the effect of monensin supplementation in the steped-down tdn ration on milk production and it’s composition of lactating friesian holstein cattle. The experiment was conducted in 4 treatments that are T0: 73% TDN rations without monensin; T1: 73% TDN rations with 50 mg/cow/d monensin; T2: 68% TDN rations with 200 mg/cow/d monensin; T3: 68% TDN rations with 200

mg/cow/d monensin. In every treatment was replied in 4 times in group of 3,4,5 and 6 mounth of lactation. The variabel were observed are dry matter intake, crude protein consumtion, TDN consumtion, milk production, milk protein production, milk fat production and milk lactose production. The results showed that Supplementation of monensin shows no significant different in feed consumption, milk production and composition (P>0,05). The value of observed parameter in each treatment in ration consumtion is 11,37; 10,89; 10,94 and 11,65 kg/d of dry mater intake; 1,58; 1,51; 1,51 and 1,59 kg/d of crude protein; and 8,27; 7,9; 7,44 and 7,94 kg/d of TDN. Morover,the value of production is 10,5950; 10,8675; 10,2734 and 11,0601 kg/ cow/ d of milk (4%FCM); 0,3134; 0,3108; 0,2900 and 0,3170 kg/ cow/d of milk protein production.; 0,4113; 0,4191; 0,4040 and 0,4521 kg/ cow/d of milk fat production; 0,4451; 0,4400; 0,4158 and 0,4236 kg/ cow/d of milk lactose production- respectively for T0, T1, T2 and T3. It is conclusded that monensin supplementation on steped-down ration TDN not change the ration consumtion and milk production and composition, that’s means monensin tended to increase the energy efficiency.
