ABSTRACT
The goal of this research is to assess the impact of leadership. styles, reward and punishment
on the Central Solopeduli Ummat Foundation in Karanganyar. The research method used was
quantitative by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 39 respondents. Data analysis was
carried out using SPSS Version 26. The findings of the hypothesis test, or t-test, indicate that leadership
style and punishment significantly affect employee performance, with p-values of 0.007 and 0.050,
respectively, both less than 0.05. However, rewards do not have a significant impact, as the p-value is
0.573, which is greater than 0.05. The simultaneous test reveals that all three independent variables
combined have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination is 0.603,
which, when multiplied by 100%, indicates that the independent variables explain approximately 60.3%
of the variation in employee performance. This study provides important insights for management in
improving employee performance through leadership strategies and managing rewards and
punishments.
