Abstract

This research aims to address the challenges faced by Neke Dessert Karawang, a micro-enterprise in the culinary field that is experiencing difficulties in product innovation, production management, and marketing. Although MSMEs play a strategic role in the Indonesian economy, limitations in human resources (HR) skills often hinder their growth. To address this issue, a community service program focused on intensive training was designed. This research method includes three stages: problem identification and planning, implementation of the intervention program, and post-implementation evaluation and sustainability. The research results show that this program successfully brought about significant changes. In the field of innovation, Neke Dessert successfully launched seven new product variations, increasing revenue by up to 55%. Operational efficiency improved, as evidenced by a 30% reduction in raw material waste and a 25% decrease in production time. On the marketing side, digital strategies successfully increased social media followers by up to 400% and online sales by 50%. In conclusion, investing in human resource skills proved to be a crucial investment that directly drives business growth, enhances competitiveness, and ensures the sustainability of micro, small, and medium enterprises. This research recommends program sustainability thru sustainable product innovation and the formation of strategic partnerships to strengthen the local entrepreneurial ecosystem.
