SOSIALISASI PENCEGAHAN STUNTING TERHADAP TUMBUH KEMBANG ANAK DI POSYANDU SUMBER WARAS DESA WINONG

Stunting is a growth disorder that attacks children, especially in infants resulting from chronic malnutrition, which causes children's height not to match their age. This method of socialization to the community began with counseling on stunting education aimed at mothers and children at the Sumber Waras Winong posyandu. And carried out with the wawacara method carried out by several student representatives who were shown to Mrs. Djamiati as the midwife of Winong Village regarding information and understanding of the obstacles and problems of stunting in Winong Village. This socialization activity amounted to 38 babies and toddlers from 32 mothers. The purpose of this socialization is about understanding "Stunting prevention of child growth and development in posyandu Sumber Waras Winong Village". The results of the implementation of socialization to the community were found that infants and toddlers at the Sumber Sanas Posyandu in Winong Village were free from stunting and the provision of food assistance was a way to prevent stunting at the Sumber Sanas Posyandu in Winong Village. The conclusion of the socialization activities to the community in Winong Village is that from this socialization activity, the awareness of mothers under five becomes better related to stunting prevention
