Trademark protection is a crucial element in business strategy, especially in today’s increasingly competitive global environment. A trademark is not merely a product or service identifier, but also a representation of a company's reputation, quality, and consumer trust. This article explores how legal protection of trademarks contributes to preserving corporate image and integrity in the global market. Using a normative legal approach and literature review, the study finds that effective trademark protection helps prevent counterfeiting, enhances commercial value, and strengthens a company’s position in international competition. The conclusion highlights that companies capable of optimally protecting their trademarks enjoy significant reputational advantages, which in turn positively impact consumer loyalty and sustainable business growth.
