Abstract

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada desa di Kecamatan Simo Kabupaten Boyolai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Desa, Dana Desa, Alokasi Dana Desa secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Belanja Desa di Kecamatan Simo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan desa tahun 2019-2023 sebanyak 13 desa ,menggunakan metode sampling jenuh yang artinya semua anggota digunakan sebagai sampel yaitu sebanyak 65. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Adapun, uji asumsi klasik data dan uji hipotesis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 26.

Dengan hasil pengujian Variabel (X₁) Pendapatan Asli Desa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel (Y) Belanja Desa dengan nilai sig.=0,000>0,05.Variabel (X₂) Dana Desa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel (Y) Belanja Desa dengan nilai sig. = 0,000<0,05 dan memiliki Variabel (X₃) Alokasi Dana Desa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel (Y) belanja Desa dengan nilai sig.=0,049 >0,05. Pada Uji F menghasilkan bahwa secara simultan Pendapatan Asli Desa, Dana Desa, dan Alokasi Dana Desa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Belanja dengan nilai sig. sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Pada pengujian determinasi Adjusted R² = 0,533 diinterpretasikan bahwa kemampuan variabel independen dalam menerangkan variasi variabel dependen sebesar 53,3% dan sisanya dipengaruhi variabel independen lainnya sebesar 46,7%.

ABSTRACT

This research was conducted in a village in Simo District, Boyolai Regency. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Village Original Income, Village Funds, Village Fund Allocations partially or simultaneously on Village Expenditures in Simo District. The population in this study was the 2019-2023 village financial reports of 13 villages, using a saturated sampling method, which means that all members were used as a sample, namely 65. The research method used in this study was quantitative research using a case study approach. Meanwhile, test the classical assumptions of the data and test the hypothesis using the SPSS 26 application.

With the test results, the variable (X1) Village Original Income has a positive and significant effect on the variable (Y) Village Expenditure with a value of sig.=0.000>0.05. The variable (X2) Village Funds has a positive and significant effect on the variable (Y) Village Expenditure with sig value. = 0.000<0.05 and has variable (X3) Village Fund Allocation has a positive and significant effect on variable (Y) Village expenditure with a value of sig.=0.049 >0.05. The F test shows that simultaneously Original Village Income, Village Funds, and Village Fund Allocations have a positive and significant effect on expenditure with a sig value. equal to 0.000 < 0.05. In the determination test, Adjusted R2 = 0.533, it is interpreted that the ability of the independent variable to explain variations in the dependent variable is 53.3% and the remainder is influenced by other independent variables at 46.7%.
