KAJIAN PERUMUSAN PERMASALAHAN DAN ISU STRATEGIS PERCEPATAN PENERBITAN SERTIPIKAT ASET PSU

Abstract

The average number of site plan recommendations issued by the Housing and Settlement Agency from 2020 to 2024 reached 27 recommendations. These site plan recommendations have consequences for infrastructure, facilities, and public utilities that will be handed over  from developers to the Boyolali Regency Government. However, to date, no infrastructure, facilities, or public utilities have been handed over from developers to the Boyolali Regency Government with certificates in the name of the Boyolali Regency Government. Therefore, it is necessary to take steps or policies at the regional head level in an effort to accelerate and facilitate the management of PSU assets as one of the local government's instruments in governance, particularly in the management of assets owned by the Boyolali Regency Government.  This paper aims to formulate policy recommendations that can be implemented by the government and stakeholders regarding the acceleration of infrastructure, facilities, and utility asset certification in Boyolali Regency.
